NDIS SCHEME PURCHASING PROCESS

Self-managed
If you are self-managed, you can simply proceed to checkout and make your payment. A link to download your invoice will be emailed to you, and you can then submit it to the NDIS for reimbursement. 
Plan managed
If you are plan-managed, please follow the procedure below

Provide us your NDIS details

Infomation such as your service provider, care manager, your name and NDIS information

We lodge a service request to your service provider

We contact your service provider in regards of your request

Your service provider access the situation

We will keep you up to date of the process and result

Your service provider pay for your product/service

Should they approved your request, your product will be ship to you free of charge and all cost will be covered by your NDIS Scheme

Success in claiming depends on the NDIS scheme that you are on. Self-managed or Plan managed schemes are eligible whilst some others may not be.
