Once your order has been packed and left our store/warehouse, you will be emailed a tracking number.

Please take note that customs and border force have the right to stop your parcel for a considerable amount of time, to conduct routine checks.
When orders are sent, they do not require a signature on delivery. If you are not home, it will be left in a safe place or at your local post office.
Please allow 1-2 days processing time before your parcel is sent. We aim to process orders within the same day of purchase, excluding public holidays and weekend.
Order with express postage will be process within 24 hours and be picked up by our courier partner on the same day or by next morning.
Once your order has been placed no changes are able to be made. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.
If parcels are not collected or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded.
